Mr. Pallav Vikrant, the visionary founder of the Samagr Unnayan Foundation (SUF), is an accomplished Air veteran with over 24 years of experience in management and leadership. His passion for creating impactful change led him to establish SUF, an NGO based in India and registered under the Societies Registration Act in 2022. Driven by a commitment to fostering holistic development, his leadership reflects his dedication to foster strong communities through education, substantial empowerment, and environmental sustainability.

With a background spanning military services, learning and development, consultancy, mentorship, and coaching, he has a rich tapestry of skills that inform his approach to leadership. His enthusiasm and seasoned expertise are evident in his ability to meet and exceed the most challenging organizational goals. His experience includes process design, on-boarding, future learning path adherence, training monitoring, and budgeting, showcasing his adeptness at managing diverse responsibilities.

The SUF platform is dedicated to uplifting various levels of society through its diverse programs, aiming to advance education, support women’s empowerment, and promote a healthier environment. Mr. Vikrant’s forward-thinking leadership and 10 years of project management experience underscore his strategic vision and ability to drive initiatives that create meaningful impact.
